MAI Housing is proud to present Lawn Drive, a brand-new development of four luxury homes managed by our expert team. These stunning properties, built by MAI Construction, feature their own private road and showcase the highest standards of craftsmanship, with premium materials and meticulous attention to detail throughout.

The homes boast a spacious open-plan ground floor, seamlessly connecting the living room, day room, and kitchen, all leading out to the garden through expansive bi-folding doors that span wall to wall.

This exceptional site was once a tennis club that fell into disuse over the years. MAI Construction transformed the derelict space into these exquisite homes, designed to be high-quality, unique, and perfectly suited to the local area. Now, MAI Housing ensures these properties are expertly managed, offering tenants and owners a truly premium living experience.
